About Sculpture Affiliates

Sculpture Affiliates of the Art Center of Northern New Jersey started in 1972. Since that time the group has functioned under the umbrella of The Art Center of Northern New Jersey, a Non-Profit Art School and Gallery.

Our mission is to educate and hopefully inform the public about three-dimensional art.

Our members not only work in the more traditional sculpture of stone, bronze and clay but show the great variety of materials that can be used to construct sculptures. Our members currently work with assemblage, felt, paper, ceramics, found objects, and installation.

We meet regularly to exchange news and ideas and once or twice a year organize exhibitions of the whole group in various venues and galleries around the Tri-state area.

We are open to applications from prospective new members. If you are interested in applying, go to our website where you can view the work of current members. Under ‘contact’ you can send us a request for what is required to apply.
